A: The system features built-in intelligent heating. When temperatures drop too low, the BMS automatically activates heating to warm cells to the optimal operating range before allowing discharge, ensuring reliable starting at -20°C. Additionally, LiFePO₄ chemistry performs better than some traditional batteries in low temperatures. Combined with optimized thermal management, range reduction is minimized.


Q4: How long does charging take? Does it support fast charging?

A:

  • Standard charging: With 40A continuous current, a full charge takes approximately 3-4 hours (suitable for overnight or lunch break charging)

  • Fast charging support: The system is designed with fast-charging For shorter charging times, contact us for custom higher C-rate solutions (requires compatible charger)

Q5: What does the IP65 protection rating mean in practical use?

A: IP65 protection means:

  • Dust-tight: Dust, sand, and debris from mines and construction sites cannot enter the battery enclosure, ensuring electrical safety

  • Water jet protected: Withstands low-pressure water jets from any direction, safe for rainy operations and mud splashing
    However, IP65 does NOT mean submersion-proof. Avoid long time water immersion and never use high-pressure washers directly on connectors.
